WHOLE WHEAT OATMEAL BANANA PANCAKES

1 cup quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
MIX THESE DRY INGREDIENTS, THEN ADD:
2 cups milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp veg. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 overly ripe banana mashed & another normal banana cut into chunks

Letter batter rest 5 min. If using electric griddle I set it to 300*.
